What happens when you respond
The website itself does not store the response you draft before you send it. The structured response page prepares an email in your own email application. Once you send either a structured response or a direct message, your email address, message contents, email metadata, and any information you voluntarily supply are transmitted through email providers and received by the AI for Human Agency project.
How submissions may be used
Submissions may be used to evaluate and improve this experimental work, respond when appropriate, and develop internal learning. Access to identifiable submissions is limited to the project founder and specifically authorized project support.
Responses will not be publicly quoted, attributed, shared externally, or incorporated into published materials without your separate permission.
Retention and deletion
Identifiable submissions will be retained for no more than 180 days from receipt and then deleted unless you separately authorize longer retention. De-identified summaries of learning may be retained indefinitely only when they cannot reasonably identify you.
You may request deletion of your identifiable information at any time by emailing hello@aiforhumanagency.org with the subject “Deletion request.”
Service providers
Your email provider processes the message and related metadata when you choose to send it. The provider varies according to the email service you use.
Porkbun hosted email provides the project mailbox for hello@aiforhumanagency.org. Porkbun receives, transmits, and stores messages and related metadata under its terms.
Website infrastructure: this site is published through OpenAI Sites. OpenAI and its hosting infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, request headers, requested pages, timestamps, and security or operational logs. The site contains no analytics, advertising trackers, form-processing service, or website spam-protection service.

Direct feedback is subject to this same notice. Feedback during the initial experiment is limited to adults age 18 or older.
